Since Opening in September 2011, The Paramount has become a top live entertainment venue. Located in Huntington, Long Island, New York; The Paramount – in concert with TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank® – hosts a variety of concerts, comedy, boxing and other special events. Booked by Live Nation and utilizing Ticketmaster ticketing; In close to 5 years since opening, The Paramount has hosted nearly 750 concerts and quickly established itself as the premier live venue on Long Island - the 20th largest U.S. media market (*2.5M HH-Arbitron: Nassau/Suffolk MSA). Pollstar Magazine ranked The Paramount as the #11 club venue worldwide (*att. Q3 ‘15). With almost 70k+ Facebook fans & 10k+ Twitter followers, the venue was also ranked by Billboard Magazine as the “23rd Hottest Club” in 2014.
Top artists who have taken The Paramount’s stage include: Billy Joel, Ed Sheeran, Jeff Beck, Pitbull, Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Steve Miller Band, Judas Priest, B.B. King, ZZ Top, Rob Thomas, Steely Dan, John Fogerty and many, many more Grammy-award winning entertainers. “The Paramount Comedy Series” has featured such names as: Kevin Hart, Jim Breuer, Tracy Morgan, Whoopi Goldberg, Joan Rivers, Weird Al Yankovic & Frank Caliendo…just to name a few. “The Paramount Tribute Series” regularly hosts the best tribute bands in the country to sold-out crowds, where fans can relive the sounds of their generation, spanning numerous decades and genres of music. In partnership with Joe DeGuardia’s STAR Boxing, The Paramount has hosted multiple nationally televised live bouts as part of our “Rockin’ Fights” Series, and is the hometown venue for former WBO Welterweight Champion – Chris Algieri “The Pride of Huntington”.
The Paramount has the versatility to host live events in a standing, hybrid or fully-seated configuration in a 1,573-capacity venue featuring a large main upper level dance floor, fixed side loge-balcony seating, mezzanine seating and a “Skybar”. The ambiance and intimacy have amazed bands, their fans, and guests alike – especially the lower level 1920’s speakeasy-styled V.I.P. Founder’s Room, which also hosts “The Legends Series”; where exclusive arena artists play intimate members-only shows. Located adjacent to the lobby, The Paramount features a state of the art radio studio. In partnership with Connoisseur Media Long Island, “The Studio @ The Paramount” offers artists who play the room a platform to promote their music to over 1.6 million CMLI weekly radio listeners on any of their stations; WALK 97.5, K-98.3 FM, The New 103.1 MAX FM, 94-3 The Shark & WHLI 1100/1370 AM. The Studio provides a street side view for fans to watch their favorite stars being interviewed before their show.
The Paramount will continue to present the best in live events and offer once-in-a lifetime experiences for our fans and the local community. The venue donates numerous concert tickets to many local charity groups, hosts annual blood drives and executes regular food drives. The Paramount strives to provide the best customer service and showcase quality entertainment for its guests. Moving forward, The Paramount plans to expand to a second location at a new club/venue to be located in the stadium area of Baltimore, Maryland.
