70 Residential began in the summer of 2002 with Chris Fiore and Jeff Tinsdale. We later found Justin Cellini (a bass player) to play drums for us. After writing several songs and playing a few shows as a trio we came across All State vocalist Dave Scaduto and Drummer/Percussionist Aaron Burtoff. Now as 5 memeber band we have a very rich, heavy, full sound. Each of us bring different styles to our music, which makes 70 Res exactly what it is.
